Returns Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact hi@inktatt.com.
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the return process.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For returns made due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, customers will be notified of the refund decision.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
